The Legacy Society of The Center for Abuse and Rape Emergencies, Inc. (C.A.R.E.) was created to honor the benefactors and friends who have pledged lasting support for our mission to help survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and other violent crimes in Charlotte County Florida through bequests and estate plans.
Participation in our Legacy Society is extended to all who left, or intend to leave, gifts through their wills, estate plans or charitable giving plans, so we can honor and thank our donors during their lifetimes. Membership is voluntary and free. Gifts of any amount are important and welcome. Disclosure of gift type and amount is appreciated, but not required. Members may remain anonymous if they choose.
Have you planned to leave a bequest to C.A.R.E. in your Will?
- Exclusive invitation to activities and events specifically offered to Legacy Society members

- Being named and recognized as a community philanthropic leader, with your approval

Your gift to the Legacy Society supports C.A.R.E. and ensures the agency will be able serve our Charlotte County Community today, and for generations to come. Through your gift, you may elect to honor family members and loved ones, or simply as a way to support an organization committed to family safety in which everyone, women, men and children, are able to live productive lives free from harm and abuse.
