C.A.R.E.’s goal is to create safety in our community by helping victims/survivors and to promote non-violent relationships by example and education. Prevention education at C.A.R.E. is about educating our community in hopes to stop violence before it can start. At C.A.R.E. we provide prevention education presentations, free of charge, to local schools and community programs such as youth programs, nursing homes, women’s centers, etc. At C.A.R.E we also provide professional prevention education about domestic violence and sexual violence to law enforcement, health care professionals and other professional groups in the community.
